How It Works!

What are cold items?
Cold items are items that need to be refrigerated. There are two kinds of
cold items. Most of the cold items are perishable and last for 7 days after reciept.
The veggie burgers, falafel, cheeze cake & chocolate cheeze cake are good for
14 days after receipt.

The other cold items like fudges, delights & low sugar balls are good for
3 to 4 months. Every item has an enjoy by date on the bottom left side of the
label.

What is the order deadline for "cold" items"?
You need to order by Sunday at 5:00pm for the cold
items you would like that week. We make all the fresh "cold' items to order
on Mondays & Tuesdays and ship the orders on Tuesday afternoons in an
insulated box with ice packs. If your order has at least one "cold" item in it,
an extra $15.00 charge for the insulated box & ice packs will be added in
addition to the regular shipping charge.

How long are the shelf stable products good for after I receive them?
Most of the shelf stable products are good for 4 months. Some are good for
3 months. Every item on the web site will tell you how long they are good for.
